our commitment to our community.

As a team and as individuals, we donate our time, money and talents to give back to the communities in which we work and live.

DONATIONS

When you hire us to help you with your real estate buying and selling needs, you're helping people in our community. Each agent on our Team contributes a portion of every closed sale to the Busha Team Cares Initiative. We use 100% of this fund to make donations to local community organizations and charities. Any costs of administering the fund are paid by the Team, separately from these Initiative funds.

TIME & TALENT

From raking yards for those who can't do it themselves, to joining together to pack and sort food at area food pantries, to cleaning up along local roadways, we get personally involved.

Bell ringing day is truly one of our favorites! Did you know the money raised by the Red Kettles stays local to help our community members in their time of need? When you ring the bell, you’re making change happen. We chose to ring on the biggest match day of the season to double up on our efforts. A special “Thank You’ to the Community Foundation for their generous match!

We supported the Harbor House with funds from the Busha Team Cares Initiative. We were able to check off tons of items from their wish list.
