Your property will be listed on hundreds of real estate websites, as well as on BushaTeam.com, and on the sites of other brokerage firms. We can also offer your home as “Coming Soon” on Zillow
I pay additional money to REALTOR.com, Zillow.com, and Trulia.com, the 3 busiest real estate websites in the countyr, for the ability to “Showcase” your property there. This increases exposure and gives your listing a better appearance, while delivering more details than non-showcased listings can. Professional photography is included in each of my listings – with so many buyers shopping online first, great photos are a must.
Aerial drone photography is also included. This gives a unique, dramatic perspective to your property and can show off large spaces and prime locations better than a ground-level photo can.

from a local Appraiser. Imagine having an Appraiser’s report on your kitchen counter showing any prospective buyers that your home truly is worth what you’re asking for it, or more! Now imagine a buyer is writing an offer, or is about to, and is not in line with your pricing. We deliver this report to the buyer…making it really difficult if not impossible for them to argue against your valuation. It’s a legitimate independent report and is FIRREA (Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act) & HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) Compliant. It’s derived from USPAP (governs all appraisal work in the US) guidelines and all reporting is reviewed/regulated by a licensed General Appraiser.
