When you’re ready to list your property, gathering the following items before we get together will help us to make the most of your time.

Keys and garage door openers

One key for the front door so long as that provides access to the entire Property. For detached garages, a service door key or an opener for an overhead door readily available for agents to use during a showing. Please test any key(s) to make sure that they’re the right key and that they work easily.

Prior Title Policy 

This may save you some money at closing. If you aren’t sure what to look for, just let us know.

Mortgage Information 

In order for us to order title insurance and for the title company to order a payoff number from your Lender, we’ll need the information from a recent mortgage statement. If you don’t have one, please be ready with the name and complete address of the mortgage holder, as well as their phone number and loan account number.

Recent Utility Bill 

If you are serviced by WE Energies, one month’s bill or your account number will suffice. For other areas, please provide an average of your monthly gas and electric bills from your service provider.

Condo Information

 (if applicable) – Condo Declarations & Bylaws, minutes from the last condo association meeting, and the budget for the Condo Association.
